Terra Cotta Roof
I am looking at installing a Terra Cotta Roof on a home we are looking to build and I will be using plywood, however, for the tiles do I need a special sheeting or something else to install this way there are no leaks. Thanks

Terra Cotta Roof
You need a beefy structure. The house has to be built to handle the weight of terra cotta.
Then you should consult the tile mfg for installation guidance.

Terra Cotta Roof
That question can more precisely be answered by your architect for structural load bearing capabilities. The product weight can be supplied from the manufacturer though.
