Synthetic Underlayments ?????
I'm installing a concrete tile roof in a dry climate medium wind area. I'm thinking of using TriBuilt Hi-Performance synthetic underlayment. It comes with a 25 year warranty, 10sq roll, and $115. The other two ones I researched were Palisades and Sharkskin Ultra. The Palisades is comprable and the Sharkskin cost $120 more but has a 50 year warranty. Are all polypropelene underlayments basically the same? Or do I get what I pay for?

you do get what you pay for the more important aspect is to use the correct capped fasteners the manufacturer tells you to use

Fastners are important we just did a ludwieci reset and i used tamkos tile and metal self adhering underlayerment, so we had no fasteners. It went done rather quickly and seals around the tile fastner to boot. Its a lot more money then synthetic but worth it.
