Tough to tell from the pictures but if the shingles aren't sealing any longer, its time to start thinking about a new roof.

Yea we been getting a bit of bad weather like a little too much and we are getting even more the next few days. What would 27 squares three tab normally cost?

All we have is a bunch of sideways fuzzy pictures to go by.
Plan on staying in this house?
If so forget about 3 tab shingles!
