Is this stabilizer worth the truck space

http://www.bigrocksupply.com/store/p...tabilizer.html I know I would use this stabilizer, but number one, does it look safe. Does Werner make something like this? My space is limited, I can not carry stuff around I will not use. Any comments, thanks

Well, how often do you have the need to put a ladder up on the corner of the bldg? Simple as that.

I have one and to me, they are unstable if you reach out to either side. You're farther out, and the footprint on the building is probably less that a foot wider.
They're usable, but use caution.

well unstable to me means I do not want it. I spend a good deal of my day on ladders and I am all ears when someone says to be careful. I actually had one of these before but never used it. Gave it too a friend that said he liked it when he had to fix a seam on a gutter corner miter.
