Spray Foam between rafters..closed ventelated attic

My Owens Courning Pro 30 shingles are looking pretty rough after only 11 years. Lost a lot of granules and a very few corners are curling. Can't help but wonder if the 5" open cell spray foam (applied 2009) on the underside of the roof decking has anything to do with the granule loss...

Anyway, trying to find a shingle manufacturer that warranties shingles that are installed in closed ventilated attics. OC does not...what is the best shingle manufacturer to use?? I would like to get more years out of them next time.

In New Orleans, it is super hot and depending on where that roof is facing and color, that shingle temp will be super hot.

How about a metal shingle/roof instead? Another option would be creating a ventilation layer above the roof deck when you replace the roof. Something along the lines of the left hand side of the pic below.

If it can be done, I always prefer a vented option.
