small leaky roof

just a thought, i have a very small leak where my house side wall meets my porch roof i understand the proper way of fixing but thought it would be a nice idea if i can use rubberized undercoating spray just to seal that little area and then paint it. (some what like that spray on t.v.) but this spray they sell at walmart. what do you guys think?

Nothing in a can or tube will “fix” your leak.

At best it may provide you with a temporary Band-Aid but that’s about it.
