skylight flashing on corrogated metal roof

I would like some suggestions on reflashing skylights on a corogated metal roof without having to remove the roofing. I am primarily concerned with the down slope end of the skylight because currently the flashing is down the curb and under the metal roofing.

Each situation is different, but browse some of my albums and you may find the details that pertain to your situation there. http://www.rooferscoffeeshop.com/pho..._list.asp?u=30

I noticed in your photo album the built in gutters. Is it a wooden gutter wrapped in copper? The next thing I need to do is a 32 foot run of gutter and aluminum and galvanized steel have both failed because of the snow load. Any suggestions?

Built-in (Yankee Gutters) are lined with copper panels, with fully sweated seams. Aluminum is worthless. EPDM and and similar products can last 10 or more years. I wouldn't bother with the new tin that's available.
