Shinglevent II and DaVinci slate tiles

Has anyone successfully used these two products in an installation?

Shinglevent II and DaVinci slate tiles

Fundamentally, you can get them to work together. Will it look right...probably not.

There are other ways to vent that roof that will look a bit more proper for a slate roof. I haven't used the DaVinci product before but it is nice.

I am sure someone at their office has some real world examples for venting options.
