Is modified torch down also used for low pitched hog valleys, where the bottom point contains a valley flashing? And in this torch down case, the modified itself replaces the shingles plus valley flashing?
One roofer suggested that for reroof bid where the rest of my roof would have shingles.
Other roofers didn't suggest that, so they would still continue with shingles it appears.
