Shingles on new shed - nailed in wrong place?

Ok, so call me a rank amature but today I nailed the shingles on my new shed and I did look a the package before starting but found no directions (I just now found the directions inside the package, go figure...).

Anyway I nailed the shingles, 6 nails per shingle (we have high winds here) but I nailed them about 2-3 inches from the top of the shingle, apparently I was supposed to nail just below the tar strip in the middle of the shingle. So the big question is, will this really matter, and if so what should I do about it?

Yes it matters. If they are nailed that high it should'nt be a problem lifting them and nailing them properly. If not those shingles will be gone first strong wind.
