the shingles are supposed to be "BP Rampart".

OP, I suggest doing an internet search with the information you just posted. You might find that you have an "organic" shingle which has failed. Won't take long. Took me all of 5 seconds.

Best of luck with that process.

Shingles losing aggregate


I found that somebody has started a class action lawsuit over BP shingles. Home-owners have had failures and BP would not cover them on warranty.
Thats no surprise. I have read on this forum several times that roof warranties are not worth the paper they are printed on. But we will have to review this with the roofer and see what they have to say.
