Question

Shingles

I have obtained 3 roofing estimates - 2 are quoted using Owens Corning Architectural and the one is quoted using Landmark 30 yr.

One of the contractors who bid the Owens Corning said Landmark is in ligation over the quality of their shinges.

What one would be best to use?

I live in Iowa, cold winters, hot summers.

Any advice you can give would be appreciated.

Shingles

Landmarks.

I laugh at people who say this. This problem was resolved over 10 years ago.

Ask the OC guy if he has heard about their litigation yet?
