shingle curving

My roof is fairly new, but I have a shingle that seems to have slightly curved upwards. It was kinda dented so think the dented piece was holding it and now that I removed the broken piece (very small) it still curls due to having been that way for a while.

What is the best way to fix this, can I just nail it down with a roofing nail, or is that a bad idea? I'm just afraid the wind might pick it up and cause more damage. The weight of the snow might fix it though, so maybe I don't even have to do anything?

remove the questionable shingle and replace it. Just be careful you do not damage another shingle lifting it so you can nail the replacement back on.
