Hello all.
I have a single car garage with an aging roof. The south facing roof has been replaced within the last 10 years, but the north facing side is still made up of slats probably from when the garage was built (the house is 100 years old, the garage likely less due to its concrete-block walls).
No surprise... the north side leaks. Not much, but it does drip.
Is there a product I can use that will allow me to seal the cracks in the slats and stop the leaks for the time being?
The roof will need to be replaced, most certainly, but we're not ready for that. I'm hoping there is an inexpensive solution to help seal any leaky points and extend the life of the roof for a little longer. It is a garage roof... we're not living under this thing.
Thanks for any help & suggestions!
