rubber roof

I have a rubber roof and want to use Grace 18" detail membrane around the perimeter as a double protection as I dont really like the look of the 9 "band that is there now. How would I best clean the rubber to promote the best adhesion of this membrane?

rubber roof

I haven't heard of Grace making any 'rubber compatible' product to date. I have seen Grace put on rubber roofs that caused damage and deterioration to the rubber.

I certainly would not start mixing products. A little more research or consultation with a roofer may be in order.
