Are we talking about the SCIENCE of vnting a roof or are we trying to sell a product ? My post is specifically SCIENCE informational purpose only dating back mega years of study. Closed cell open cell what ever ya want to call it God bless I hope your roof life lives long an prosperous. Sometimes too much information to study and not enough time left to build the roof. Everything needs to breath. Properly. You have some good information too. Thanks. My roof is done and it will out last me and my childrens children. But they may someday require the new science.

Only by being properly informed can one hope to make such broad based determinations.
