A roof top gym that I am not sure is kosher


It sounds like your handy enough to handle the majority of this job, which is going to be the demo of all that concrete. I'd say if you are willing to do the work of tearing it all out, then the reroofing would be the easy part. Yeah you might have to put down all new plywood because you destroy the old stuff ripping out the concrete, but figure that in the cost.

Of course there is always the option to fly me down to Florida and have a look at it for you. Just gunna throw that out there.

IDK Up to the OP and when he gets the tickets. If it's profitable maybe only a one way ticket is in order. I sure could use some umbrella drinks on the beach.

I can't imagine roofing in Florida. The humidity and the heat would kill me! Good luck in your project!

1985gt and OldNBroken, sounds good. I have a helicopter chartered for the two of you and you will be landing right on that concrete roof "helipad". We'll test the load limit right then and there. See you soon.

Try coming to Nebraska in the middle of summer mopping down 3 plys of felt and a granulated cap sheet. On a school in a small town, surrounded by cornfields being irrigated all day and night long.
