Roof flashing question

homeroofing2 Newbie   Join Date: Dec 2012 Location: PA Posts: 7	Roof flashing question For new roof installation, what are the locations flashing should be installed? Do not want to go with "flashing as necessary" as in the proposed contract. Would like to have specifics there. Thank you

Someone would really need to be there to judge to replace or just reuse the flashing around something like a chimmney. If it's steel or it's starting to rust, replace it.
