roll rubberized roofing
Each flat roofing product has it's own Pro's and Con's for various applications.
Could you please describe the flat roof you are referring to a bit more, with total size and amount of roof top penetrations and what, if anything, it ties into?
Also, several photos posted of the intended area to be roofed would be helpful.
Finally, you are probably NOT referring to any type of Rubber Roofing, if you are thinking of it in one man usable roll sizes, but more likely, Modified Bitumen, which is an asphaltic product with the bituminous material in a roll for, with a reinforcement scrim, which then either gets instaled by open heat souces, such as a flame torch or electric hot air welders, or as a self adhesive roll roofing membrane.
