99.95!?
A little too reasonable "6-8-10"

I think you might have left out the universal, roof repair kit -
some plywood and a 5 gal. bucket of tar!
As for the inside finish - some plywood and a 5 gal. bucket of drywall compound.

You're to low!
I'm thinking (with travel and admin. costs) -
$10,000
You want it done right - or what!?!

"RF"

(Don't worry "6-8-10" - you'll get your cut!!)

Sure hope y'all participated in the pall!

What things cost questions as you can see never work out well here.
Was to many variables.
Going to have to make some local calls to some roofers and find out.
Why not do it yourself?
Very simple job.

Easy for you to say,Joe. I was looking at a possible job yesterday --Chicago row house--three and a half stories tall---10/12 pitch---three feet between the buildings---Jaws of death---I'd want a lot to just get on that roof.

Have you considered jacking up the skylight and putting a new house underneath it?

Gotta consider all the options.

My favorite kind of work, its even better when there's 4+ layers on the roof and you can lose a laborer in the pile on the ground add some (nearly) impossible to protect, impossible to match siding and now were roofing.

Skylight on a mobile home? I'm sure the skylight is (was) worth more than the whole roof...

To Mmhofmann. Any time a question about pricing something is asked on here you are going to get creative (smartass) responses. There is no way to give accurate answers to pricing which is why it is not allowed. So any time one pops up some of us enjoy having some fun with it. It is nothing personal and does not mean we will not be serious if you need help on anything other than pricing.

With that being said...
