What is the easiest way to remove roof shingles. 3 layers.

Or a spade/shovel with this type of teeth configuration. Most have a pry wedge on the back...

Or follow this LINK to see some other styles...but the short of it is there is NO easy way....but you can take the sting out by having your dumpster close, cover the ground with tarps....those things help some...

It's only 2 squares so I should get it done in a day...I hope.

Stupid question. Do you rip going up where you get it under the shingles or going down.

2 squares, what'ca wait'n for...get with it!

I usually start working from the top to the bottom taking about 3 courses as I go....BUT you do what works....you may find with that many layers you only remove one or two first then the bottom...you'll just have to feel it out.

The sooner you get finished...the quicker you'll be doi'n this -->
