Reflective Coating on Flat Roof

MelindaA Newbie   Join Date: Nov 2005 Posts: 15	Reflective Coating on Flat Roof Hi Aaron: I have another question regarding my flat roof. After I have applied this fibered roof coating all over my flat roofs, should I apply that aluminum coating to deflect the sun off the roof, to keep the roof cooler? Or should I use white coating? How long should I let the fibered roof coating cure before I apply the reflective roof coatings? Any other suggestions about this? Aaron, I am the woman who posted before about my flat roof and replacing shingles (after Hurricane Wilma), a few weeks ago. Thank you for your help. Melinda

I would use white for optimal reflectivity and let whatever is is youre putting on there cure for a t least 90 days...maybe longer if the migratory oils have not fully migrated.
