Question on 2:12 my re-roof strategy

I believe that the 2-ply Elastoflex with the I&W is the best compromise between being having 'the perfect roof' and able to get one installed with reasonable ease and timeliness, and I'm going for it.

From what I've now seen, it will provide reasonable performance and life - based on my talking to homeowners and a few different contractors. Please remember, I'm just a homeowner trying to do the best I can given the trade-offs. I'm not a contractor, nor am I looking to hire one to do a 7-8 square job at $650 /sq.

As just one guy, I can get this job done and I believe that this will give me the service life and performance that I am hoping for. If it turns out that it doesn't - well, I'll deal with that when the time comes.

Thanks once again for y'alls help. I appreciate it.
