Provent rafter vents

Hi, Does anyone know of an online supplier or store that sells Provent? (These are the rafter vents/chutes made of thin black plastic)

I need the 14" wide ones and HD only sells the 22"

I found maybe 2 places online that sell them but you have to buy a minumum of 100 but I only need about half that many.
Any help would be appreciated.
