Privacy for dome roof window?

Just moved into a new apartment and it has a nice dome/pyramidal shape roof window in the living room. However, the roof is flat and accessable making it easy for anyone to peer down.

I need to cover it but I also like sky view... anyway to have both?

I was thinking about some sort of R/C blinds or some sort of horizontal cover I could pull across with a hook?

Any ideas?

How big is it ?
I'm sure you can get some sort of shade that you can slide across
How much $$ depends upon the size

They also have mini blinds that can be secured top & bottom that might work
Then just tilt them open or shut

who is above your roof that would be able to see in?

It's roughly this size - maybe 8 X 8.

Tenants and maintanence have access to the roof. It's a flat roof so they might go up there for the view, a smoke or to retrieve storage. I looked up and someone there once. I looked down at night and its like looking into a fishbowl, - perfect view.

More details: The ceiling has a dome structure leading up to this pyramid window - about 12 feet across.

I thought about installing a horizontal roller blind with some sort of eye loop on one side and a fixed hook on the other side - and pulling it across with a hooked pole. I'd prefer a cool R/C solution though.
