Prefinished insulated panels

In the Menards ad I saw they make prefinished insulated foundation panels. What are people's opinion of these and use panels to cover up the outside of the foundation? Right now I have exposed cinder block.

No one here can see what your looking at.
If there SIP's made with real wood then no way.
Why would you insulate from the outside and not from the inside?
