I have not been at this site very long but I have been here long enough to know that alot of qualified professionals are here to help.To assist these Pro's we need pictures of your problems.Feel free to take pictures and post them.Be realistic though and if you have snow on your roof or any other weather related hinderance,then either have someone qualified to take your pictures or take them from the ground.Be smart and be safe.
