Is it possible to attach a gutter to a roof that has no fascia?

There is this house I am not sure how the soffit was constructed, where normally you would have fascia wood boards behind the drip edge, it is a rounded bottom. Hard to explain but here are some pictures.

How would you install a gutter along the front side of this roof?

Yes. Requires a bit more forethought and you are going to need a good sized drip cap/edge to kick the water out.

They do make brackets that attach under your roofing. If under shingles, I'd want ice and water shield there first since they don't attach very high on the roof.

If that's a flat roof like the other section there should be a nailer there. Even if it's shingles there has to be something there.
