starrgayle Newbie   Join Date: Aug 2007 Posts: 1	Please help with bid/estimate Hi, I'm located in Washington and I was hoping for some help with an estimate(labor only). The building is a one story 16 x 16 flat metal roof. We are going to tear off the existing roof so we can give it a 3/12 pitch. Then we will be going through all the procedures to install the same kind of roof. I'm hoping someone can give me an idea of what to charge for labor.

the roofing god Member     Join Date: Aug 2007 Location: Pomona,New York,10970 Posts: 876	Please help with bid/estimate if you haven`t done it before,charge 2 1/2 times your hourly labor cost by hour-no one else`s prices will work for you
