pitch roof on job site trailer

I just purchased a used 8 x 24 job site trailer. This looks different than a conventional trailer. It is higher, has a roll up door the width of the trailer in back, office, two cadet heaters, air conditioner, wired with 220, inside walls are unfinished plywood. My question is, I am turning this into a temporary art studio and will use it as a craft room later. To make it last longer, I thought about putting a low pitch roof to have rain (live in northwest) drain off. I read one report that trailers can't support weight of roof. Would like any input. Thanks

Rather then change it's structure to create the slope use an iso board insulation system with a single ply material over that.

If you contact your local roofing supplier and tell them what you need/want they can go to the manufacturer for you and have the spec's drawn up.
