Penetrating Modified Bitumen

Maybe it's just me but I can't find any info on how to properly penetrate and seal a modified bitumen roof.

I want to add three vents to my roof which is a low slope modified bitumen roof. One vent will accomodate my drier while the other two will be placed in bathrooms to vent moisture.

My concern lies with properly sealing the installed vents so that my roof doesn't leak. Can anyone help with the procedure? Is there a product specifically for this?
