Patching a flat roof with existing coating

Thanks Jagans. Yes.. earlier my roof was not leaking but today there was a small leak in the vicinity of the areas where I had earlier applied Henry's 208r wet patch seal.

I tried couple of local roofing contractors but all of them are fully booked. Any suggestions for something I should till I get a licensed contractor to take a look?

some tar or a product called silver seal should work until you get it properly fixed. this is no permanent fix just a patch that will fail in time you dont want to continue to let the water in as that will cause more problems beyond belief.. water damage .. hope that helps matt
