Odd Sized Soffit Vents

I want to replace the soffit vents on my Dad's 47 year old brick ranch house before I paint the soffit. Unfortunately several of them are 8"x48" and no one seems to know where I can get replacements. Does anyone have an idea for replacements or alternatives? I am getting desperate and thinking of putting three 8"x16" vents end to end to end!

Odd Sized Soffit Vents

You may have to scab in some strips of wood for a nailer in between the individual vents louvres.

It depends on the size of the hole that was cut out initially.

How about adding a continuous 3" strip vent around all of the eave overhangs instead?

You will get a more even flow of Intake Ventilation Air Flowage.
