New Flat Roof Cracking within 2 weeks

I just had my roof redone, about 1000 sqft worth. It hasn't even been two weeks yet, and I notice a large portion of it is starting to crack all over. Its the painted reflective coat. What can be causing this? It almost looks like the portion that is cracking is a totally different paint material, so I've ruled out temperature expansion/contraction because it would have been the entire roof.

The materials used were:
Gaf Gafglas 75# Base Sheet (Asphalt-Coated Glass Mat)
Gaf Ruberoid Smooth Torch
Apoc 211 Liquid Silver-NF Non-Fibered Aluminum Roof Coating

all coatings fail over time. 75% of all premature failures are due to surface preparation. this looks to be alligatoring due to too thick of coating applied at too high of a surface temperature. also with the different color variations i would have to beleive that the coating was not mixed properly or sufficiently. according to the product data sheets for this coating, mixing should be done during application to keep solids/pigments suspended. this coating should probably be removed and applied at a lesser thickness and applied with a lower surface temperature. check with the manufacture for a possible fix such as applying a hotter solvent to dissolve the existing coating for thinning it out.
