moss/sap on 7 year old roof, replace?

I just found out my home's roof is only about 7 years old. I have seen no signs of leaks or damage.

There were 6 pines directly over the house dropping sap and shade that caused some moss.

Well the trees are gone now, and I'm wondering if the roof will be fine and clean itself up with the new sunlight, or does this sort of thing ruin a roof?

It shouldn't adversely affect the roof. The moss will die exposed to the sun. The sap will wear off over time. You might have lingering discoloration
