moisture in attic

(I'm at least half expecting to discover that the dormer running the length of the house is a shingled low-slope roof...)

moisture in attic

Oh no!! roofing company here & instead of putting new vent for the bathroom fan so I can reconnect the fan to the vent hose they put in a roof vent!!! The roof on the dormer is a very very low pitch so it is roll tar & not shingles. We had shingles prior to this roof but roofing company stated (against my objections) that roll tar was the best for this roof.

Didn't you get to talk to the owner while they were there?
