Mobile home leak from water pooling(pics included)


Its a typcal older style mbile home roof,we screw 1x4 to the truss and roll a light gage metal roof over it ,its beyond repair.You can also add 3/4 foam insulation by doing this and help cool it.

The direct contact of warmer air (i.e. more Relative Humidity) with that very cold surface, you are going to get condensation.

Condensation control is most significantly addressed by airtight ceilings.
