Was the metal applied directly to the OSB?

metal roofs will 'sweat'.
the roof sheathing should have had black paper and strapping as a ventilation route.

do you have any vents, venting directly into the attic? you need to get a handle on moisture coming from the living space that is making its way into your attic

Go back to Home Depot and tell them they are NOT Contractors and should NOT be giving advise!! Then, ask them what they are going to do, to fix your problem.

IMO, the entire roof needs to be redone correctly by a professional.

metal roofing

The National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) recommends a layer of asphalt-saturated felt between the insulation layer and standing seam metal roof to provide a drainage plane in buildings with high potential for condensation. The NRCA Roofing and Waterproofing Manual recommends using a vapor retarder with a permeation rating of 0.5 perms or less in certain climate zones. When installed with sealed (taped) joints, highly water-resistant XPS insulation eliminates the need for these additional layers (see Figure 7). Your attic venting isn’t enough or the heated air from the living space below is more than the venting. http://www.rd.com/how-to-seal-attic-...icle18158.html
