Leaky Roof

I am having a problem w/ a leaky roof. A wind storm blew a tree limb onto roof and did a lot of damage to about a 30ft. x 15ft. section. Some attempted repairs were made before this stumbled upon it. The original membrane is derbi gum. Two different membranes were used (Firestone SBS Modified Bitumen Membrane & Elk All Climate Self Adhering Waterproofing Membrane) to repair damage. The damaged derbi gum was removed and these two products were flashed, very poorly, under remaining derbi gum. Plastic roof cement was used to seal the joints. The roof is leaking every time it rains.
What is the most cost efficient product to use for a temporary fix? Do I have to remove the products that were used for repairs or is there something that I can lay over it? Or are these products OK to use? The pitch is about1.25 in 12.
Any suggestions on where I can find more insight on this issue would be great. I live in KY and we have had a lot of wind and rain this winter. Again, any advice would be greatly appreciated. This problem needs a temporary repair w/ in the next couple of days.

put down one thin coat tar,set in 4-6" fiberglass membrane, then trowel tar over the top (heavier)--this will work

I recommend you change the roof, and contact your insurance company about the problems you`ve had, sounds like they should have replaced the entire roof section, instead of trying to patch---PICS OF THESE AREAS WOULD BE HELPFUL AS WELL
