leaking roof

I have an enclosed aluminum patio and when it rains hard, the roof leaks through the seams. I have tried caulking, but it doesn't work. Does anyone have any ideas as to what can be done?

What type of material is it? Corrugated? If possible post a pic.That will assist in insuring that you are pointed to the right product to use.

What type of caulk did you use? A picture would help alot

did you remember to flash where roof line and patio meet? Did you slope it correctly? How much overlap per sheet? Pics please...
