Leak in barrel tile roof

My 13 year old barrel tile roof has developed a leak. I found the leak in the attic and the arrow in the picture shows the approximate position of the leak. I also attached a picture of the tile.
How is the best way to repair this leak. I think removing carefully removing several tiles around the suspected area of the leak and replacing the tar paper is the way to do this but am not sure. Any help and tips would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Timn

Leak in barrel tile roof

Carefully remove several tiles just after it rained and it leaked. Look for wet areas on the tar paper above the spot you marked with the arrow.

The actual leak (probably a cracked tile) could be some distance from where you marked.

Thanks AllanJ. How do you recommend fixing the leak once it's found?
