Insulation under metal roofing

I know this is kinda early to start thinking about a new roof. However I now have plenty of time. My question is is it ok to Use 2 inch Polyisocyanate insulation with alum foil on both sides under a metal roof.
The roof will be a screwed down type and I will be removing my existing
shingles prior to re-roofing.
Thanks in advance.
