I give up help please

Had owen corning Arc Duration 30 installed on my 4/12 pitch roof 8 weeks ago and can solve problem on roof leaking. had two different contractors come in and try with no luck. i've since heard that there has been many problems installing on 4/12 pitch roof. was advised that ice and water should of been laid first. is that true? thanks in advance for feed back.I'm getting to point where I may just re roof and start over with ice and water beheath shingles. desperate

Why did it take two different contractors to “try” to install a roof? Were either of them actually Roofers?

Your roof is likely leaking do to basic flashing details either installed wrong or not at all.

Was the old roof stripped? Were new flashings installed?

Posting a picture of the roof would help.

Roof was strpped properly

first contractor was general contractor who did job with a experienced roofer( job was only an edition wing of house 5 square 2nd contractor told me job was done properly but to be sure he uninstalled hip ridges on roof and put ice and water underneath and i ordered new bundle of hip and ridge shingles to put over ice and water. He thought that would solve the problem but it rained here last night and my ceiling is still leaking i live in Massachusetts. I really believe the shingles are not adhering together and water is seeping through. I am wondering why many contractors are saying that they would of water and iced the whole roof. old roof was stripped and flashing installed properly It's leaking through the shingles

Theres nothing wrong with putting shingles on a 41/2/12. I think you can go to 3/12. Your roofers are doing something wrong

Only way a roof that new will leak is installation error.
No need for ice/water if it's installed correctly.

Low slopes and OC shingles have been know to have some leaks. Usually doesn't show up that quickly and that often though.
