How would you fix this???

I have a roofing problem I need advice on. I had a friend put on a roof over a deck that I made into a screen porch. The roof is 12/12 pitch I think. The porch roof does not have much pitch at all as you can see in the pictures. I want to finish the ceiling under the porch roof, but now at times in a hard blowing rain it does leak. I think it is blowing up under the flashing.

Any advice...good or bad will be appreciated!!!

Te best "Guesses" are the Dead Valley running into the siding, then I would need to see behind the siding to see how far the step flashings go up the wall and to see if their is an Ice and Water shield installed under the roofing material up the wal and then I would need a photo of the brown aluminum flashing and the flat roof material tie-in to the sloped roof, both over and under the sheet metal.

Also, the valley shingles are cut too high on the right side of the valley.

Without tearing everything off, I can't tell you most of that information, but the brown aluminum flashing is just sitting on top of the lower roof.
