Question

how to tie a new roof to an existing onee


I want to add a new romm to my cabin. It would create an 'L' shape.
My question is how do I frame thins and how do you tie the asphalt shingles in with the existing roof. Thanks

you tie in the roofing with a shingle valley--the framing is too much too get into here
