I think this is caused by the sagging about 5 feet to the right, some how pushing it out. I wonder if i should adjust the queen trusses and try to push the sagging beams up or just try to level it with plywood? I can try to push them up at least a bit.
Depending on the access I would replace them then re-sheath the deck and have a worry free lvl deck and roof.
We are talking about two separate issues though, sagging roof and eve. If you don't like the eve you could cut it off, but that would be a mistake. What about the eve bothers you?
I would also rehang that gutter and use a proper wedge. If your going to take the time to fix things right then you can't ignore those ugly wood blocks behind the gutter. They stick out like a sore thumb.
