some modifieds are made to be mopped down some are burn down. I think APP and SBS are the corect terms.

Jim is correct. APP is not meant to be mopped.

Not too familiar with APP but I know Derbygum is a torch down. I do know for a fact you can get torch down or mop grade SBS

APP is Actacic polypropylene. Torched. I have n ot used torchable sbs.
