Help! Insurance says I need to replace my roof

I have replaced roofs for people because insurance forced them too, but their roofs were genuinely worn out. If you can find what contractor did the roof, they may be willing to write a letter to your insurance, along with some photos of the roofs condition for a fee. The area that is scuffed could be repaired easily.
