Hanging decorations on vinyl siding

What is the best way to hang decorations, house number plaque, ect. on new vinyl siding? I would rather not punch any holes in it with nails. Any ideas?

As for number plaques I would suggest maybe some type of adhesive since you don't want to punch a hole in the vinyl. For any other type of decorations, I would say it depends on the weight of them. If you do decide to punch a hole in the vinyl and then decide to move the decoration later I would think caulking the hole and painting it would solve the hole and hide it. I know you posted this a while ago, so if this is solved already let us know how you solved this problem.
