Gutters and Gutter Sealant

When is it really too cold to do any work with the gutters such as replacing downspouts or sealing miters?

What is the lowest temperature you would apply Geocel 2321 (I would look at the spec sheet online, but their webpage was not working)?

I think it's tack free in 18 hrs and full cure 5 days, but realistically how long do you have before you can have rain?

Application is 0F to 140F. I don't think I'll be using any if it's 140F outside.

Yeah, I think I read on the tube that they recommend you putting the tube in some warm water or body heat before application, but I question whether it will level and cure as fast in colder weather, especially below freezing.
